A Little Dawn goes a long way
Just because we have dishwashers now doesn't mean that Dawn is no longer useful. I use more dawn around my house than I do in the sink. Got a greasy stain on that shirt or pants and it won't come out. Just dab and rub in some Dawn and the stain even if the shirt has been washed before will come right out. I love to add just a small amount of Dawn to every load to get the grease out of pillow cases and socks. Also add a dimesize to your next load in the dishwasher (along with your regular detergent) and you will no longer struggle with greasy plastic in your next load. Anywhere there is a grease stain I have been able to get it up with dawn and I've never suffered from any form of discoloration on my clothes, walls or carpet.
