Easy Casserole-Ready Chicken
Whenever drumsticks are on sale at the market, I buy several packs. I just put them in the crock pot overnight, or while I'm at work. I then let them cool in the fridge & discard the bones. Then I separate into separate freezer bags, enough for one casserole per bag & store them in the freezer. Then I can fix up a great meal in no time. This is much cheaper than boneless breast meat, as most casseroles & soups are just as good with the dark meat.
