Getting vegetables into children's diet
Almost all kids like spaghetti, I chop my vegetables up in a chopper or food processor and mix them right into the spaghetti sauce. They are so finely shopped that he never knows they are there. I also make homemade pot pies. The recipe can be found on the inside of the Pillsbury pie crust box. With the chicken and "gravy" he never notices the vegetables are there.
