Peanut Brittle
1 c. salted peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar & corn syrup in 3 qt. Tupperwave Casserole. Cook 4 minutes. Add peanuts and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Cook 1 minute. Add the soda and stir until the mixture is light and foamy. Pour and spread quickly on greased, flexible baking sheet. Cool for 1/2 hour. Break into small pieces.

 

Peanut Butter Candy
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. sugar
12 oz. peanut butter
6 c. corn flakes
Combine sugar & corn syrup in 3 qt. Tupperwave Casserole. Microwave for 2 minutes until bubbly. Add peanut butter and corn flakes. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.

 

Divinity
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 egg whites
2/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
In 3 qt. Tupperwave Casserole, mix sugar, syrup and water. Microwave for 12-13 minutes until mixture spins a fine thread. In small mixing bowl, add salt to egg whites & bat on high until stiff. Slowly pour syrup mixture in a thin stream into the egg whites, beating constantly until mixture loses its shine and thickens. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.

 

Million Dollar Candy
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. nuts
10 lg. or 100 mini. marshmallows
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
In 3 qt. Tupperwave, microwave margarine, sugar and milk for 2 minutes until bubbly. Cook 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in marshmallows. Then stir in nuts and cracker crumbs. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.

 

Puppy Chow
1 box Crispix cereal
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick margarine
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar
In 3 qt. Tupperwave, microwave chocolate chips, margarine and peanut butter at 50% power for 4-6 minutes. Stir until blended. Pour cereal into Thatsa Bowl. Pour melted mixture over cereal and coat by stirring. Pour in confectioners sugar. Seal and shake bowl until cereal mixture is coated with powdered sugar.

 

Fudge
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. milk
Mix sugar and cocoa in 3 qt. Tupperwave. Add milk and butter. Dont stir. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir well. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into buttered 8x8 container. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.

 

Giant Kisses
3 squares chocolate bark
Non-stick spray
Melt chocolate in Tupperwave, stirring every 45 seconds. Pour into non-stick sprayed funnel with end of funnel covered in foil. Place in freezer for a few minutes. (Add nuts, raisins, etc. to your liking)
