Stop the Hassle of Deciding What to Fix for Dinner
I often found myself worrying about what to fix for dinner each evening that was not only healthy but something different than we had the night before. So, I decided to take 30 minutes each Saturday while my infant takes a nap to set with my cookbooks and grocery list and make a meal plan for the week. Not only does this help me save money at the grocery store by buying only what I need, but it helps me organize my coupons so I get the best use of them and of my money. It also helps my husband and I use the menu as a tool for working together as a team to get supper cooked, especially when our baby is having a fussy night.
