Time Saver for Dinner
Buy ground beef in bulk when it's on sale. Put it all in a large stock pot with a lid. Cook on low to med heat, stirring often until cooked well. Drain and cool. Fill sandwich bags with the cooked meat and twist-tie shut. Freeze individually, then toss all in a labeled and dated ziploc bag. Whenever dinner calls for a pound of ground beef (casseroles, taco's, etc.), grab a bag-or two if needed.
