In order to stimulate the let-down reflex during your pumping sessions, try watching tv and try watching something that interests you to keep your mind off pumping. i've noticed that i don't pump out as much when i'm staring at the pump and forcing let-down to happen. it's a mental thing!

Q: * My 5 month-old moves her bowels approximately every three days, is this normal? * Is it normal for my 3 month-old to have bowel movements after every feeding? * My 3 month-old baby has had severe constipation for 2 days. She is in absolute agony when she tires to have a bowel movement. What can I give her to make things come back to normal?
DEAR DR.PAUL: My four-year-old daughter has some bumps on her neck. I brought her to the doctor who told me they were lymph nodes and it was normal. I am still worried. Can these bumps or nodes be serious?
