Organizing School Clutter

With two "schoolers" I've found that I just can't keep up with all of the papers they bring home that must be kept for one reason or another (ex: spelling word lists, permission slips to be returned, class lists, etc.). I've found the perfect solution to be a clipboard. As soon as backpacks are emptied each day the "keepers" are placed directly on the clipboard. The clipboard is kept in the same place so the kids know where to find it when they need something from the board. This has saved us alot of hassle and headaches! I think this year we may need two of them since each year the kids seem to get more and more papers they need to keep. Hope this tip helps you like it helped us.
