In my first pregnancy, I think I was too terrified of something going wrong to REALLY exercise. Admittedly, I wasn't much of a fitness fan BEFORE getting pregnant, so I certainly wasn't going to become one when I felt everything was fragile.
Now I realize the importance of building fitness DURING your pregnancy. I mean, you will need those muscles more than ever to carry that baby bump and for sure when it comes time to deliver.
I purchased my first piece of baby gear and it was like Christmas! It’s been 11 years since I had all these baby gadgets and they have changed SOOO much. My husband brought home the Graco Pack-n-Play and this thing is like all-in-one heaven.
We have used this product in my house for 2 years now and I really LOVE it! This software keeps them safe online and it does it's job well. I can rest easier and give the children a little more freedom with NetNanny looking out for them.
The program is easy to use. You install a program on each child's computer and then you can monitor and make changes online. Online you can view where they go, how much time they are online, etc.
Since it has been almost 12 years since I experienced childbirth, I really felt like I needed a refresher course. This video SO did the trick. I learned a lot and it was enjoyable at the same time.
