  • Fiery Heartburn When I was expecting I had the most terrible case of heartburn. It seemed like everything I ate, caused my chest to become engulfed with flames. • How to Relax During Labor Pains I just had a baby April 9th, I found out that if you have your partner rub lotion on your back as you lay on your side it eases the pain, or you can have him rub your tummy.. • It is not that bad Everyone thinks that if you see what other people go through when they are giving birth will help you with the pain. NOT TRUE One of the things I learn with my two children is that it won't last forever and to calm yourself down when the pain starts to get bad. I am not saying that it will be easy but it helped me through both of my births without any medicine. I laid the way I wanted to and I did the things that made me feel better, listen to what your body is telling you and what you feel like is the best thing for you and your baby, and don't let anyone tell you that it will be wrong for you and the baby if you want and get medicne. Just do the things that make you feel the best that you can feel and always keep in mind that it will be over and all the pain that you are going through will have the best prize at the end!!! • Lullaby One of the first items I bought for my baby when I found out I was pregnant was a musical stuffed toy. I played it to my stomach all the time throughout my pregnancy and after my baby was born, it was a surefire way to lull him to sleep. His is now 15 months old and he still falls asleep to it playing in his crib. Submitted By: Amanda Heath(Added: 15-Mar-2001 Hits: 0 Rating: 0 Votes: 0) Rate It
