Unsolicited advice
Some more experienced mothers sometimes have an overwhelming urge to give unsolicited advice to those going through what she once went through. Though some of these tips are given with the best in mind, at times, they may only instill guilt or even more stress upon the expectant mother, especially if you do not know her full medical history or personal background.
In times where she is down, offer support, but not advice unless it is directly requested. This may cause less hard feelings and fustration for the already tired and frustrated mom to be.

What To Take To Hospital
I didn't pack this, and had to call my best friend to bring me some...toilet paper! That hospital stuff is so rough! I will definitely pack my own next time!

Women with Pupp
The only way to make PUPP go away is to deliver the baby. The itching can be unreal until that time.
Try having a colloidal oatmeal bath.
Skin lotions with benedryl also do wonders.
